Almond pistachio roll:-

        Almond pistachio roll   Ingredients:-




1: -250 g almonds 
2:-125 g sugar
3:-1 tsp ghee 
4:-100 hot pistachios 
5:-green color 
6:-a little nutmeg silver foil



    Almond pistachio roll  Method:- 




Crush the almonds alive. Dip it in 120 grams of sugar, add enough water to make the syrup. Slightly pour the milk to remove the waste.
Put ground almonds in the syrup, shake well, make bread, then add 1 tsp ghee, shake well and take it down.
Finely crush the pistachios. Pour enough water to submerge it in 50 gms of sugar and put it in a pot on gas to make syrup.



Then put pistachio powder in the syrup. Add green color. Add nutmeg powder. Stir well. Add 1 tsp ghee and take it down.

Take a large loaf of almond pulp and place it between two plastics and weave it.

Slightly thin the almond bread by hand. Cut the foil into one bowl and stick it.

Can also be served as a roll and can also be served in small roll-like pieces.


Note:-


Take a small loaf of almonds, weave it like puri, put a small thin pistachio bowl in it, fold the almond puri, roll and stick the foil.

Cut large rectangles into rectangular pieces, with pistachio nuts in between.
