Make Vegetable Chow Chow at home ingredients:-

1: - 100 g cucumber, 
2: - 100 cauliflower, 
3: - 100 g cauliflower, 
4: - 200 g fennel, 
5: - 2 green onions, 
6: - 2 nos capsicum, 
7: - 2 nos carrots, 
8:  - 3 onions, 
9: - 2 tbsp oil, 
10: - 2 pinch ajinomoto, 
11: - 2 tbsp cornflour, 
12: - 1 tbsp vinegar, 
13: - 1 tbsp chilisos, 
14: - 2 tbsp soy sauce  , 
15: -Salt proportionate

Make Vegetable Chow Chow at home method:-


Garnish all the vegetables long and put the oil in a frying pan.

Add salt and ajinomoto, simmer for 5 to 7 minutes

Add cornflour (melted) when the vegetables are cut in half.  Pour about 2 cups of water.

Once the juice thickens, add vinegar, chillies and soy sauce and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes.  Add water and salt if it feels thick while serving.

Note:-

If you don't like the taste of cucumber, you can boil 100 grams of noodles instead of cucumber.

100 g sprouted mugs can be thrown
