Gourd pudding :-

Gourd pudding ingredients:-

1: - 250 gms of powdered milk,
 2: - 3 tablespoons ghee, 
3: - 3 cups milk, 
4: - 100 gms sugar, 
5: - cardamom, 
6: - foil, 
7: - 150 gms

Gourd pudding method:-

Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice. Cover it with a cloth and squeeze it.

Put some ghee in a bowl and fry the milk. Boil the milk on the other side. Once the milk is cooked, add milk and keep stirring.

When it thickens, add sugar. When it thickens, add a little ghee, stir and take it down.

Put cardamom powder in it and put oil in a plate to cool. Foil can be applied on top

Note:-

1: - If you want to add mash, if the sugar water burns, then fry the mash and add it, stir a few times.

2:- The green color is also eaten. If you mix it, you will not need milk.
