Make masala dhosa like a hotel ingredients:-



1: - 3 1/2 cups rice,
2: - 1 1/2 cups lentils,
3: -100 gms peas,
4: - 1 kg potatoes, 
5: -500 gms onion,
6: -oil proportionate,
7:  - 1 tsp rye, 
8: - 10 to 12 green chillies, 
9: -sweet neem
10: - 1 1/2 tsp turmeric, 
11: -2 nung lemon, 
12: - 2 tsp sugar, 
13: - 1 tsp garam masala, 
14: - coriander, 
15: -1/2 tsp cumin,  
16: - Salt in proportion



Make masala dhosa like a hotel method:-


Wash rice and lentils at night, steep together, grind the next morning, add a little salt (do not add heat).  Make dosa night.
In the morning, soak the peas and boil them, boil the potatoes, peel them, fix them standing, fix the onions vertically.


Put more oil in a pan on the gas, add rye, finely chopped green chillies, sweet neem, turmeric and onion.  When it is cooked, add potatoes and peas.

When frying onions, add the same amount of salt as onions.  Add another pinch of salt.  Add lemon, sugar and hot spices.  Putting coriander.



Put on a large griddle or non-stick gauze, apply a little oil.  Add salt, cumin and water to the cucumber.
Take the pudding in a bowl and place it between the top of the griddle.

Apply oil all around the dough.  Peel a squash, grate it and serve.


Take water in a bowl.  Put 1/2 tsp oil in it, roll a small cloth in it and turn it over the pan.  Then unload another dosa.
Note:-
 Rice and lentils can be soaked early in the morning, bowl in the afternoon, dhosa in the evening.  Can also be taken.  



Variation: -

Roll the spices, dip them in Dhosa cucumber and fry.
