Potato stuffed paratha ingredients :-

1: - 500 g Potatoes 
2: - 2 tsp ground ginger - Chili 
3: - 4 tbsp finely chopped coriander 
4:- 1/2 tsp lemon blossom
5: - 2 tsp sugar 
6: - 1 tsp garam masala 
7: - 250 g onion 
8: - Dough  Flour 
9: - 250 grams wheat flour 
10: - Oil - Ghee 
11: - Salt in proportion


Potato stuffed paratha method :- 


Potato Boil - Peel and grate.  Add all the spices.  Peel an onion, grate it and squeeze the juice.


Put salt and 2 tablespoons in the wheat flour, knead the dough slightly harder than bread.

Cover the flour a few times for 10 minutes.



Lua weave a little, add spices, weave again.  If the masala comes out, you have to press it by hand so that the masala does not come out. Then weave the paratha with Ataman.


Serve paratha hot. Paratha can be served with curd or sauce.
