Salted velvet muffins ingredients:-



1: - 1/2 cup rice flour 
2: - 1/2 cup grind 
3: - 1 tsp coconut powder 
4: - 1/2 cup yogurt 
5: - 1 tsp beet paste 
6: - 1/2 tsp  Ino Fruit Salt 
7: - 1 tsp Coconut Sauce 
8: - 1 tsp Green Sauce 
9: - Salt Proportion 
10: - Oil Proportion


Salted velvet muffins method:-



Mix all ingredients except Ino Fruit Salt in a bowl.Add water and mix well.After 10 minutes, add ino and stir.



Fill this 3/4 of the mixture into the muffin mold. Keep it in the idli maker for 14-15 minutes and let it boil.




Check with a knife. Remove it well.If it does not bake properly, let it bake for 2-3 minutes




When cool, remove the muffins from the mold and serve with coconut sauce and green sauce.
