South Indian dish Meduvada ingredients :- 


1: - 3 cups lentils 
2: - 1 cup rice 
3: - Oil proportionately 
4: - Salt



South Indian dish Meduvada method :-


Steep dal - rice 6 kalal.  Then crush.

Add salt, finely chop the fennel from the machine and heat the raisins in hot oil and serve with sambar.


 Note:- 


1 - Meduvada can be made by adding 1 - 2 tbsp ground ginger - chilli and 4 tbsp finely chopped coriander.  

2 -  If the meduvada is not soft, apply a little healing flower (soda bicarb).  

3-  If you want to do Meduvada by hand, make your fingers watery, put pudding on it, make a hole in the middle, immediately put it in hot oil.  

4 -  Add chopped onion and crushed garlic in cucumber, Meduvada can be made.  

5 -  If the pudding is loose, add a little chickpea flour.
