Thai fried noodles

Thai fried noodles ingredients:-


1: - 3 cups vermicelli (boiled) 
2: - 4 tablespoons oil 
3: - 2 cloves garlic (crush) 
4: - 1 cup cheese (fry in square pieces) 
5: - 4 green onions (finely chopped) 
6:  - 1 cup sprouted mug 
7: - 2 tbsp roasted horn (to cut into small pieces) 
8: - 1 tsp cayenne 
9: - 2 tbsp soy sauce 
10: - 1 tbsp lemon juice 
11: - 3 tsp sugar 
12:  -Salt proportionate




          Thai fried noodles method:-



Heat oil in a pan on gas, add garlic.  Add cheese (fried), green onion, grown mug, roasted horn, vermicelli, salt, red chilli, soy sauce, lemon juice and sugar.



Shake it well.  Serve hot.  Top with onion and coriander.  Laying small pieces of horn.  Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice.



To serve:-


2 tablespoons small pieces of roasted horn


1 tablespoon finely chopped onion


1 Lemon Rind (Lemon Peel)



Note:- 



Prepare this dish while serving.  Do not reheat.
