  Crispy fried bean sandwich Ingredients:-



1: - cup mugni dal 
2: - 6 buds garlic 
3: - 1/2 tsp coriander 
4: - small piece ginger 
5: - 1/2 t pepper 
6: - 5 green chillies 
7: - 1 tsp soy sauce 
8:  - 1 Bread (sliced) 
9: - Oil Proportion 
10: - 4 Onions 
11: - Red Chilliesource or Thai Red Curry Paste 12: - Salt Proportion



     Crispy fried bean sandwich  Method:- 



Steep mugi dal for 1 hour.  Then wash and grind in a mixer.  Add salt, garlic, coriander, ginger, pepper, green chillies, soy sauce and a little water to make a paste.

Put 4 slices of bread in small pieces.  Mix the filling.  Spread the filling over the slice of bread with a spoon.



When the oil is hot enough, fry the slices on top of the bread slices so that the filling remains dipped in the oil.  Frying pan of golden color.


After cooling cut into 3 triangle pieces.  Spread 1 slice of onion on top.  Spread Thai red curry paste or red chillies on top of it, put another piece on it.



Note:


 Serve in a paper neckpin.
