      Gujarati characters Ingredients:-

1: - 250 gms Alvi leaves 
2: - 225 gms Chickpea flour 
3: - 2 tsp chilli 
4: - pinch asafoetida 
5: - 1 tsp garam masala
 6: - 5 tbsp sugar 
7: - 1 cup yogurt 
8:  - Lemon 
9: - 1/4 tsp Turmeric 
10: - 1 tsp Coriander 
11: - 1 Banana 
12: - Oil Proportion
13: - 1 tsp Rye 
14: - 1 tsp Sesame 
15: - 1/2 cup Buttermilk  
16: - 1 tsp cinnamon - crushed cloves 
17: - crushed copra 
18: - coriander
19: - poppy
 20: - salt in proportion


Gujarati characters method:-

Remove leaf veins, wash and wipe.


Add all the spices, 2 tablespoons oil, 3 tablespoons sugar, 1 lemon and banana in the chickpea flour.  Thickening the pudding.

Apply masala pudding on the side where veins appear on the leaves and put another leaf on the cucumber then spread the pudding again.  ( 3 - 4 leaves taken) Turn hard.



Put the jaggery, water and sieves in the sieve.  (Put in a sieve even without a whistle in the cooker.


After baffling, separate it hot, apply oil on it so that the color of the leaf remains green and the leaves remain dry.


To his pieces.  Add rye, sesame seeds, buttermilk, salt, sugar and a little cinnamon - crushed cloves in extra oil to increase the leaves.  Top with crushed copra, coriander and poppy seeds.



Note: - Put lemon slices with leaves and serve.
