How to make a pavbhaji:-

Ingredients:-

1: - 250 g potatoes 
2: - 100 g cauliflower 
3: - 100 g cauliflower 
4: - 1 ng eggplant 
5: - 250 g peas 
6: - 250 g onion 
7: - 8 to 10 bud garlic 
8: - 250 g tomato
9  : - Ghee and oil 
10: - 1 tsp cumin 
11: - pinch asafoetida 
12: - small piece ginger 
13: - 2 tsp chilli
14: - 2 capsicum
15: - 2 tsp chilli
16: - 1/2 tsp  Turmeric 
17: - 2 tsp Coriander 
18: - 2 tsp Pavbhaji Masalo
19: - Lemon 
20: - Coriander 
21: - Chaat - Masalo 
22: - Bun, Butter
23: - Salt in proportion

Method:-

Steam everything with potatoes, cauliflower, cauliflower and chopped eggplant.

Crush onion in chop and churn. Crush garlic.  Finely chop the tomatoes.

Add 4 tablespoons ghee, oil, cumin-asafoetida, onion, garlic. Green onion can be chopped.
Add ginger chilli to PC.

 Cut capsicum into small pieces. Once well cooked, add 2 tbsp ghee.Add chilli, turmeric, coriander, pavbhaji spices


Add tomatoes, add a little water, then peel boiled vegetables, add lemon.  Squeeze, add coriander


Cut the bun in half, put ghee or butter on the iron, put the bread on it and fry.

Add chopped and chopped onions, cauliflower, tomatoes, salt, chilli, lemon, coriander, chaat-masala.
Serve with these paubhaji
