How to make cauliflower cake:-

Ingredients:-

1:- 1/2 kg cauliflower
2:- 2 piece Ginger
3:- 1 green chillies
4:- 1 lime
5:- Asafetida 1 large pinch
6:- 1/2 t spoon cumin seeds
7:- 1/2 t spoon turmeric 
8:- 1/2 t spoon chilli powder
9:- 2 t spoon corriander powder
10:- 1 t spoon garam masala
11:- salt to test
12:- 1 t spoon oil

Garnishing:-

Cottage cheese 25 gms ( a few drops of milk to mix), Boiled peas 1 cup tomato 1 (tiny)


Method:-

Wash and cut cauliflower into tiny pieces. Cut Ginger into thin slices . slit green chillies.chop corriander leaves.

In the pressure cooker heat oil, Fry ginger and green chillies . Remove on to a plate .In the same oil add asafoetida cumin seeds .Throw in the cauliflower along with all the masala axcept garam masala .Mix well. Sprinkel a littel water , close cooker and keep on very slow gas for five minutes.

Meanwhile rub cottate cheese with plam of hand till light and soft .Add a few drops of milk to form a paste.Add salt. Fill in a piping gun with this paste and keep aside.

Open cooker and mash cauliflower well mixing all the time.keep on gas again and let all the extra water evoperate. Sprinkle garam masala. Add ginger and green chillies.keep on mixing till cauliflower mash is absolutely dry. Close gas. Mix in lime juice and coriander leaves.

Select a round stainless steel tin with a lid which will take in all the cauliflower upto the brim. Grease it. Transfer cauliflower mash into this tin and press well . Close lid.

Fifteen minutes before serving keep this tin in a pre heated moderate over just to warm it.to serve , unmould the cake on to a plate . Surround with boiled peas.place the tiny tomato in the center of the cake . Pipe design with cheese paste and serve with hot puris.serves 4 persons.
