 Ingredients:-

1: - 1 cup chola dal 

2: - 1 cup adad dal 

3: - 1/4 cup mugni dal 

4: - oil proportion 

5: - 1 liter yogurt 

6: - swallow sauce 

7: - chilli 

8: - salt proportio

     Dahinwada builds a house like a hotel   Method :- 

Soak all three lentils for 6 hours, add half a bowl, add salt, dip the head in hot oil, put in warm water.

Drain by pressing the head while serving.  Put yogurt, swallow sauce, salt and chilli on it.

Variation :- 

Yogurt is also made from 2 cups of chola dal, 1 cup of adad dal.

Stop Dahinwada :- 

Make curry masala heads, dip in curd head curry and fry.  Do everything else like curd.
